uhhhh wtfffffffff @ turn

Actually maybe folding behind is better?

EDIT: Since you prob won't get it if I don't spell it out, you bet the turn because it's a perfect double barrel card and he's a reg, thus he will probably not always fold.

You don't play the "guess what villain showed" game everytime you read a Nielso post. It is the first thing I do everytime I open up one of his threads.

If he puts in a bunch of money taking a non standard line with a weakish hand you get to guess what even weaker hand villains shows, and if he takes a non standard line with a strongish hand that puts no money in the pot you get to guess what stronger hand villain showed.

I pretty much pwn this game. If I could read my own opponents as good as nielso's I'd be very rich.

nick, move down to 1/2 where your opponents hole cards and response to your available options (bet/raise/etc) are known to you!

sorry dude, but you missed a ton of value here. I bet every street.

You need to betting that turn when you don't have the ace so it's such a sweet spot when you actually do have it.

[/ QUOTE ]

exactly (plus its doubtful hes gonna play a big hand on the flop like that), the time down before checking is a typical sign of wanting a cheap showdown and even without that timing tell - checking behind the river is retarded - seems like scared money to me.

Since he had 99 I like your river check.

Bet turn > Bet river as getting raised on this river would really suck as we have underrepped our hand. On top of this betting turn gives our double barrels more credit if we get to showdown.
