Default 3 barrel shove

I got 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
100bb effective stacks
Folded to me to CO,
I raise 3.5x or pot whatever
Villain in sb, who is a regular from what I read in the ftp reg threads is supposedly decent 20/16. I have absolutely no history with this guy whatsoever. So he's probably a tagfish

But anyways
He calls in sb, bb folds

*** FLOP *** [A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]]
he checks, I bet $28 into $32 , he calls

*** Turn *** [4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]]
I bet $60 into $88, he calls

*** River *** [3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]] completes the flush draw
I shove $300 into $200 pot

Now before you say SPEW. Think about what hands is he calling based on his past actions.

Do you think $300 is more effective than say $175?

Edit: I should re-word that. Do you think $300 gets him to fold more often to make up for it needing to work a higher percentage of the time compared to betting smaller?

looks OK. I think he raises u on flop or turn for sure with a strong hand. Only thing I think that calls 100% is Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] x [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] or 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and there is a lot more he can have. Overbet is probably overkill though.

I dont know really. It could work both ways. It's all about leveling if you really want to think about that.
