100NL - Isolating SS fish\'s all in
UTG+1 is a total fish. My stats have him at 84/55 over 45 hands. I figured he'd have literally ATC. I also figured others knew that, which is why the others called. The other guys in the pot all seemed fairly weak/passive/tight.
I haven't gotten out of line at this point. Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 7 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter) SB: $94.50 Hero (BB): $124.45 UTG: $25.95 UTG+1: $2.00 MP: $191.40 CO: $99.50 BTN: $98.50 Preflop: Hero is dealt T 8 (7 Players) UTG folds, UTG+1 raises all-in to $2.00, MP folds, CO calls $2.00, BTN calls $2.00, SB folds, Hero raises to $13.00 Pot Size: $19.50 Good? |

Re: 100NL - Isolating SS fish\'s all in
I think I would personally forgo the isolation of the fish. I would love to take a flop with T8s with 2 other players. I would rather play to catch a big hand with T8s, not isolate a fish who is already all in for only $2. Besides, even if I am successful at isolating, my T8s is only a coin flip against ATC. Why risk running into a big hand for such a small pot when you could take a flop and catch a big hand and take down a big pot?

Action is unclear. Is the ss limping or shoving?

Re: 100NL - Isolating SS fish\'s all in
The SS shoved for $2, blinds are .5/1. Why would one of these other guys, especially button, have a big hand here?
T8s is a coin flip vs ATC, but if I isolate successfully I'm only putting in $1 to win $7.50. |
