I would typically check fold or shove.

I used to always shove here, but C/F is probably better. People tend not to fold after calling 4-bets.

Does this change if original opener is UTG and the 3bettor is the next guy in?

Did you see we're almost 200 deep? If CO comes along we're [censored]. I still make it bigger pre though. $40 seems good.
