wow gross

his hand is weird, probably KQ/QJ/T9 or Khxh. he should be terrified of you on that board and he isn't. I think giving up is fine as you really only beat QJ at this point, you don't have four full outs and aren't getting the odds.. also you'll have to donk the river if you fill up.

With 6,25:1 potodds we need 6-7 outs but only draw to 4 outs.

Villain stats look pretty solid. I agree this looks like a fold but i doubt i'm good enough to fold this in the heat of the game.

dont showdown but call to hit a full house and get an overplayed QJ to showdown.

Because he didnt cap preflop we have to weight his hands to flushes/straights/worase 2pair. and not KK/QQ/JJ/AK/AQ

This is a tough one. I agree with Heisenberg but only to a degree. Many solid players will forgo capping the flop with AA or KK to gain bets on later streets. So I think there is some chances that he's made a set. The 3 tens to split are partly corrupted by the flush possibilities. I just don't think there's enough potential in these outs to continue. His numbers combined with the flop cap say we're beat and drawing slim. Too slim IMO.
