Default Getting rid of the losing mentality

Easy,

I've been playing now for over two years, mostly small stakes NL (1-2 and below). I have always done pretty well and was always pretty philosophical when dealing with beats and variance because it I knew it would always turn around.

However over the last six months or so I have been running terribly, still winning but with probably about 1/3 of the winrate. The problem is that I am beginning to tilt quite badly now and am expecting to lose when I go into a pot. This is obviously compounding my bad run causing bad play and stopping me from pulling myself out of it.

Does anyone know any techniques for positive thought/dealing with tilt or have any links to a good post on it? If not can anyone suggest some good books I can buy?

Ta for thoughts
