I don't believe anyone was going after Hilt in the last thread. The existance of the wedding pics created a sense that Scott's pic would be found there. I think we were right.

Another point, how long do you think it will take all of the online poker sites to implement a policy that strictly prohibits their employees from playing on the site?

In retrospect nothing good can come from the leadership playing on a site that they control. Whether true or not there is almost certainly going to be an instance where someone feels like they were cheated.

I have a quasi-statement from AP. This is coming from a phone call, so don't quote me exactly.

--------

AP has secured notarized statements from the person who perpetrated this crime. He confessed to a number of accounts that he did this with. He was a highly trusted consultant of the company and it is very possible that he could have played from Scott's house when Scott was not there. He used 3rd party software and did this from a number of locations in the world not limited to Costa Rica.

AP also says they have proof that Oscar, Scott and Brent are not associated with this (my note: he did not mention AJ, but I didn't remember to ask him for clarification).

AP also says they would like to invite any trusted 2p2 or P5er (b/c Adam Small is in Costa Rica) to come into the office and view the details/data for OSCAR133.

One of the most complete articles on the Absolute Poker saga out there.

Also includes a great hand by hand analysis:

Digg it if you like it, I think its a good comprehensive writeup for people who aren't on 2+2 nor P5s.

They accidentally identify Scott Tom as "Tom Green" on page 1

It seems like AP was worried about something with such a quick response to please take them down and Hilt was not involved. There have been pics posted of many other people and huge speculations in the past few days on the thread and there was never a comment from AP (At least that I know of). It is just funny they were bothered so quickly.

It's just the Walter Rea/ Sunrise excuse all over again.

Surely they know we've seen this before?

I'm pretty sure this has to do with the same reasons Nat was worried about going to CR for, except x 1000.

I'm going to add into this thread that there appears to be a substantial Miami connection to this group of people and Absolute poker itself.

Brent Beckley, the press releases coming out of there, Steamroller having been known to list that as a play location, and now this new frat guy whose company apparently has a Miami connection.

That's all I will say for now on it. I just want it permanently in this thread.
