Given that you made a weak pussy bet on the river, you are in a very tough spot, and it might just be a call (i'd still fold to lower my variance). Betting 17ish loses 7 more dollars when beat, but:

a. he's a fish so he calls with worse for sure, ergo your bet is still probably plus ev with the larger amount

b. he never picks up on the bet sizing and tries to bluff raise you.
