Raise the flop to $45ish. As played looks like a fold.

for value and because he bet 1/5th the pot (i.e. if he made a PSB I wouldn't raise).

TBH i don't really see many worse hands that are calling and I'd rather let somebody catch a piece before i start putting in decent sized bets. this is a really safe board, pretty much the only card that's gonna worry me on the turn is an ace.

Any card from an Ace through six could potentially hit villains (not all likely to do so, of course). I don't agree with your reasoning about wanting someone to catch a piece of this board. What second best hand would they make that would pay you off?

I would raise this flop and be content with winning the pot now (since top pairish hands don't fare well in large multi way pots...). Maybe this line won't make you the most money this time, but I prefer to keep decisions simple until I develop better reads.

In the absence of reads, turn is a fold (as from villain's perspective, this isn't a great spot to be bluffing into an UTG raiser and a hero who is showing strength on the turn...).

you got to raise the flop after that the hand will be a lot easier to play itself. I agree with colombo after not raising the flop you got to fold on the turn to his minraise.
