Theres one realistic hand thats beats you and its sooooooo unlikely given there are already two Ts out there. Plus set over set happens so rarely its not something to worry about.

Folding sets is bad

you has a boat. His turn bet scares me, but for 100BBs I'm going broke every time. I shove the flop without much thought.

I don't know... between the flop-raise and turn bet is this anything other than AA/TT/AT more than 20% of the time? What else could it be? I'd probably shove in the moment but I don't think a fold is bad, really.

I play against Trip all the time. While I would have a hard time laying down a boat at any time.... Trip is one of the tightest mofos going and I really think you are probably beaten here.
