on the turn you have close to right odds to call if his range is QJ,44. If you're that sure he needs QJ+ to make the raise on the flop then you should just fold right there but i don't know how you can be that sure since you only played 100 hands with him.

he only needs to do this with a few combo draws or sometimes AQ,Q4 etc to make it a push or maybe call and donk blank turn.
