Bet more on turn and river. Otherwise looks ok.

Re: 10NL - Simple Question, Simple Answer I\'m sure
Not too sure as I don't play these limits.
However, 1) Are you in the blinds? You act first. In this case I would not raise this hand. Use it for set value rather than force it out of position. Better to raise big hands or drawing hands from the blinds. 2) Personally I would raise a bit more pre flop - 0.45-05 - if you are going to do it. You would like to take this down quickly 3) 0.6 is too small on the flop. You want to shut out anything other than paired K or better. A full pot raise is your best bet. 4) Luckbox! You've hit your hand. He should not have JJ or KK so you are ahead. You know he is interested. Take him to value town. Your bet here is terrible. It must be 80% pot+ 5) River. A possibly nasty card arrives if he would call 2 streets with an OESD+ pre flop call. Unlikely, but your poor bet sizing made it a possibility. Regardless, you should pot this too, maybe even overbet it. In short you have won a half stack not a full one. Work on the logic of your play to determine your bet sizing. |

Re: 10NL - Simple Question, Simple Answer I\'m sure
If there's only one limper i raise this hand 100% of the time from the blinds, but raise more pre-flop. The standard is 4xbb + 1per limper then just do what SABR said. You want to try get enough into the pot so you can shove the river so bet closer to the pot on the flop and turn.

[/ QUOTE ] Hero was in the small blind. Raise is right here. 4+1 "rule" says $0.50. Against a solid regular I'd be tempted not to c-bet this flop. But once you get to the turn, you hit gin - bet more! I'd say $1.5 on the turn would be appropriate. |
