Default 50NL: OOP w a medium overpair

No stats/reads. Options:
1.) 3bet ; then the question is, what to do if 4bet? or even worse, what to do if called?
2.) call and evaluate turn ; then I suppose I would check+fold if a six or a straight-card fell, and bet+fold anything else?

$0.25/$0.5 No Limit Holdem

PF looks good. Flop I am betting about 4.5. His line from pf looks like its a pocket pair or suited connector. I think this is a set, pair + draw, and overpair fairly often. So something like 33,44,55,66,77,88,99,45. You are ahead of that range obviously but now the question is whether youre ahead of his calling range if you shove. Im not convinced he is folding any of those to a shove tbh so Im getting it in. Someone who limp/calls pf is not a good player and someone who is not a good player isnt folding an overpair or a hand like 55/45 here too often imo.

Youre putting in about 45% of your stack when you do that, theres no going away after that.

So ...
with TT+, I should re-raise, looking to get ai.
with 77-99, should I still re-raise, repping a bigger hand, then be prepared to fold to resistance? with smaller stack sizes, if re-raising doesn't leave enough behind for me to get out, should I be more inclined to call or fold? With 77-99, I don't think that there is enough that I'm beating to warrant a shove.
