I would call and fold to any further aggression. Also, consider folding preflop because of situations like this. With KJ, you will rarely know what to do in a reraised pot.

very tough to fold preflop getting 3:1. I'd call pre and likely call the flop. folding to a double barrel will be tough but I'd prolly do it.

Hero calls

Turn
9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
check check

River
Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Villian bets pot
Hero folds easily?

I just don't feel good calling the flop and folding to future aggression, when the chance of it being checked down is so low.

I was thinking hero calls easily on this river.

I'd call flop and fold to a reasonable size turn bet. If he checks turn I'm calling most bets on river.

having no idea what his 3betting range is this is a very tough decision. You might want to just pitch KJs to a 3bet until you get an idea of his range.

That said the flop bet looks weak, maybe thats how he wants it to look. I think calling and folding are pretty close, but I'm probably calling, and most likely folding to further action. Sometimes If he checks the turn I will turn my hand into a bluff since I'm going to have a hard time calling the river anyways.

Bet the turn. If he 3-bet an Ace, he's firing again here most of the time. If he calls and then leads out, or check-raises, you know you're done.

But by checking behind you put yourself in a horrible spot on the river. I think villain leading out the river is standard with absolutely any holding there, btw.

Of course you are getting 3 to 1 but it is a SNG, so you can't reload like in a cash game, and it is a trouble hand.

This is early in a game . If calling a raise in a cash game is correct , then it's certainly correct at this point of the sng .

Just fyi , if I had k-10 , I'd probably fold here but of course it's player dependent .

Is this automatic call preflop? He says he doesn't know anything about villain so calling reraise with KJ seems like asking for trouble.
