I like a turn check.
When he gets it in, given his play and history, I'll call getting better than 3 to 1. He'll have 88/99/JT/QQ more than AQ/KK or the even more rare T9/QJ type hand. But the bottom line is, I dont think you can fold this against this type of opponent here.

raise more preflop. seems like hes pretty bad, just make it more like 40 preflop.
bet more on flop. as played i like a turn CRAI if you are planning on going all the way with the hand. your turn bet is so wack, i think you have to call, but i wouldnt love doing it.
