Yes it is. I actually almost bought the 4 color JI deck when you couldn't get them in the U.S. but the shipping was too much.

those cards are actually pro poker peek cards. you can find them here but they are n ot casino quality. http://www.caragails.com/pokerpeek.htm

The Copag version (Dual Index) are all plastic and appear to be easier to read than the WSOP version.
