Villain is playing 64/18/1 after 65 hands and I have no especially history with him. I called on river b/c I thought donks can show up w/ some random two pair or w/e... fine?

yeah like 67 or a missed flush draw. The river is a super easy call

The only problem is that he seems to be pretty passive, but maybe 65 hands is to little to determine that w/ high accuracy.

what kind of hand do you expect him to call a reraise with, that you can beat? Calling is clearly the best option.

The only "plausible" hand that beat you & hit on river is 85s (for the double belly).
He can have 53os, too, or a set (donks love to slowplay til death).

If he hit his gushot, fine. I probably call, but don't be very happy with vs this passiv opp.
