1. Ub's cus service [censored] blows, I wouldn't trust putting money on that site

2. How long do you have to play before you are able to make a withdrawal?

That aside, a free 100.00, plus 3 tourny tickets looks like a pretty sweet deal.

I got this one too. They first called me and then sent me this email. Is it bad? I just exchanged the tournament buy ins for t$ and played heads up sngs. There's a lot of bad stories about UB and i wont keep that much of my bankroll there, but I havent had any problems in the past.
