.25/.50 nlo8 game selection

I casually play .25/.50 nlo8 and was wondering what other people look for in games selection. I am mostly a tourney player, fairly new to O8, played semi-seriously since I won a $5 plo8 tourney in january. I usually like to sit at >$8 average pot and >40% players to the flop. Avoiding strong regulars such as yankfan(? something like that) and tchino (again? has the andele' mouse as his avatar)
