Default tricky line with big riverbluff

Villain is a very good TAG with very good winrate.

I would check AJ on the Flop.
If you were villain what is the worst hand you would call with on the River?

The question is, what's his 3-Bet calling range.

AQ,AK,any Pair ?!

I would not bluff the river, dont think he folds an ace(that's what I think he has after the trn call).
He will never put you on AA,AK,KK,99,JJ. AJ is possible yes but that's about the only hand that beat him. AQ chops.

I wouldn't fold any ace getting 2:1 and with the possible chop out there. If you wanted him to fold an ace maybe you should have over-bet the pot, in fact you only have about $420-$300 behind so your options are limited anyway if you do want to bluff with a pot sized bet.

It does depend on your table image and history - he's gonna call you for sure with an ace if you've recently been caught bluffing.

But i would never valuebet 300 bucks with less than a Full House, so how can you call with AQ?

Worst hand I'd call with is probably AQ. But I'm not a very good TAG with a very good winrate.

Edit: I didn't see your post in time.

I can call with AQ because I don't know that you wouldn't value bet with less than a full house. I also wouldn't know why you'd have to be valuebetting and not bluffing.

After your flop check, I'm pretty sure you don't have a K. So on the turn, I'm pretty sure that I have the best A holding AQ. So when the river pairs, I'm probably still ahead unless you are holding exactly AJ.
