6 tabling TAG regs pretty much never have AK after the preflop call.

I fold here..This is such a dry board..he cant have one legit draw and a 17/13 does not have lower 2 pair.
Set is most likely.
I dont think most TAGs are tricky enough to float and then put half their stack in on a bluff.
