Stars Buddylists for SNGs

I've done some searching but I'm still not sure what my options are here.

I play HUSNG and I wanted to know what options I have for software that allows me to buddylist players so I am notified when they sit in a HUSNG. This is registering, not playing in one.

I don't think it is possible to find players other than yourself registered for SNGs, other than laboriously opening every lobby and OCRing the registered list - which is a right pain.

Although I don't play SNGs often, so I may be unaware... is there a method by which one would normally search out other registered players?

I thought there was a post about "wildzers stars buddylist" or something to the effect.

Is this not the same thing I'm talking about?

If it does not exist, is there anybody that is willing to make one? I would compensate somebody for their efforts.
