Poker Tracker Refusing to Give New Product Key?

I just installed Vista and got a new key within 30 mins. PT has always offered super fast service. It'll come.

And about Vista being slow.. there's a lot of things you can do to help a lot. 3 main ones:

- Disable services not being used (google to find a list)
- Disable Aero (it's [censored])
- Use a thumbdrive to use ReadYboost if you have low ram (google that too)

I've had it happen that they refused to send me the key after I did a reinstall twice on the same day (messed up something and decided to start all over again). I got the same message as OP and then they went silent to further emails.

I didn't fight this for too long because I got a key somewhere else and haven't emailed with support since.

I needed 4 Keys in 2 weeks (XP -> Vista, Old Laptop -> New Laptop) and got them all without problems.
