Default NLTRN 110... 2 pair vs fish

Up until a few hands ago I've been in control of the match. I ran what I thought was a good semi bluff and he shoved the river, so now he's even in chips.

Villain doesn't 3-bet preflop, calls a little tight, allows limps for the most part, but will minraise limps with a tight frequency. I've seen hands of his at showdown in which he minraised J8o OOP, and hands like Q9s in which he did not.

He has not shown a ton of aggression, at least not enough to make me really play back at him when he's showing it. We haven't clashed too much, I've made a few thin value bets and he's overplayed a hand or two in which I took down on a river, etc.

FWIW I put most of his range on an overpair after flat calling my turn bet. Do you see any other way of playing this?

its cool but i'd bet a little less on the turn as its pretty obvious that he can't beat anything when u bet 500. maybe i'm not getting all of your reads?

He was a fishy player and a lot of his range there is 2nd pair and overpair IMO. He could also have a set but I would think he raises the turn a lot with it. He seemed, given previous action, that he had a leak to call down with top pair, but here I was really looking at an overpair IMO.

FWIW I made instant decisions on all streets, but it just got me thinking afterwards if given these reads people play any differently.

Results were villain auto called and flipped AA.

To Crispy - I'm not really "moving up" per se. My true game atm is basically 55s, and I have no problem playing really fishy ppl at the 110s, but the only reason I've played a 110 is because of a little challenge I'm doing.

I took 100 bucks that somebody gave me for free and played 33s, everytime I have 3 buyins at the next level I move up, if I get below 3 buyins I move down to the previous level. I'm at 530 or so, so another 110 win and I'll be playing 220s. I also will only be playing fish at the 55s and above, sometimes it may take some time to find a game, just so you higher limit regulars don't think you'll get a game with me. Heh.

P.S. I've been tracking this challenge in my blog, I can't really link it here b/c it's against rules (though Leader is busy partying it up in SD) but if you know the blog you can check it for updates.

It can still "look like" 89. Don't worry about the results.
