Default The Answer

Whichever poker site sets up it's own Netteller like operation will take over online poker. They need to use a bank in the middle that is big enough worldwide that the US Govt. could not ban deposits to them.

You don't understand the real problem. They can create whatever banks they want on Antigua or Costa Rica. But to transfer money to or from you, they still need the cooperation of your bank here in the good old US of A. And that bank is subject to US banking regs and the new UIGEA.

Rigel, Your idea is better. I did not mean to "Set Up" a new bank but use a large established bank.
