Default NL100: 67s from BB, interesting flop

Reads: UTG has slightly laggy stats of 35/25/3, hasn't been involved in any interesting pots, just picking up some small ones.

UTG ($105.45)
MP ($91)
Button ($59.55)
SB ($97.50)
Hero ($153.60)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG raises to $4, 1 fold, Button calls $4, 1 fold, Hero calls $3.

Flop: ($12.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $7, Button folds, Hero ????

What do I do and what is my plan for the rest of the hand?

I would c/r here. Then lead most turns.

Check raise to $21. Then hit 5 of hearts on turn.

I feel like such a fish when he calls my c/r and I'm saying "please 5h, cmon 5h" to my monitor. The celebratory fist pump when I get the exact card I want makes it all worth it, though.

What if the turn is the ace of clubs. Still lead? and for how much?

uh if he calls my c/r on the flop he has an overpair so i either bet too much and try to get a fold or bet smallish so i have some fold equity but i'm also pricing myself in.
