Re: 25NL Video needs scrutiny
I watched it and it was very hard to follow the action. Go with one or two tables.

Re: 25NL Video needs scrutiny
ok, so I watched most of it. I have a few comments:
call the allin when you raised to 1$ with 99 and he pushed for like 2,5 more. There were some dead blinds out there and dont give ultra shortstacks any credit. raise K9s from the SB when folded to you. you folded Im not a fan of limping J7s on the button with 1 limper. raise or fold. I would probably fold this junk. (35 mins) raising T9s on the button with 1 limper is fine but you had been very active at that table so there is not much fold equity if you miss the flop. Consider your table image and over-limp hands like these. Overall it looked fine. there weren't that many tricky situations in the video though, so I can't tell how you handle these I have a few videos of nl25 - nl 100 and my game is not much different I don't full pot much. I usually bet like 2/3 - 3/4 pot so I have lower variance but it shouldn't matter much if you are properly bankrolled. You should be a winning player unless you play differently when you're not recording? . oh and dont forget to rebuy |

Re: 25NL Video needs scrutiny
Where can I get the codecs to run the videos? I did a search on here and on pokeravi.

Re: 25NL Video needs scrutiny
Thanks for taking the time to watch Ethno. I wouldn't mind taking a look at your video although I may not be able to the next few days. Your comments definitely help alot.

Re: 25NL Video needs scrutiny
Emmitt
One thing I have recently started to do is everyday when I play, I play 2 tables for at most 1 hour at a time, 2-3 times a day. It keeps me focused and also helps with keeping balance in my life between poker and everything else. The next thing I have committed to doing is posting 2 hands from each session here in the forum for consideration. Sometimes they are hands I won sometimes not. The point is there are always hands that leave you scratching your head wondering if you played them correctly. My advice is to try this method. Its really starting to help my game immensely. Do it right away while its fresh in your mind and ask followup questions in the threads. Try it and see if ti works for you. Good luck! |
