Is this image offensive and if so, how bad?

I used this in a flame war in another forum where I have a low post count and the Mod told me to appolgize to everyone I had offended. It didn't say it but it was definetely implied I was going to be banned if I didn't.

I am providing a link and not posting inline just in case it is offensive. I thought it was in poor taste but seemed appropriate for my last post in a flame war.

It was a cigarpass.com I needed a reality check. The climate over there appears to be we can abuse the noobs all we want but if they fight back, we ban them.
