By firing on the turn I say that I'm not scared of a flush. I love checking there, b/c if I value there, either one of two things can happen. He calls or folds. By checking I give him the chance to improve/bluff me on the river since I have position. He thinks I'm bluffing when I reraise his minbet and I get paid off.

logged another 1500 hands tonight=== +5buyins

so the heater is now at +45 buy ins in 10.5k hands.

He doesn't care what you're saying, only what he's holding. You're missing value against TP type hands that will call two more streets of betting alot more often than they'll CR you on the river. Jacks might fold to a turn bet, but they'll fold to a river bet anyway. You also don't want another heart to kill your action.
