hand 3 I usually lead for 250-350

Hand 1 your raise is way too small. Make it 700 and call the shove.
Hand 2 shove.
Hand 3. Once again raise more PF. Make it ~350. As played I bet 400 on the flop. I guess shut down to any resistance but I hate it and may shove a blank turn.
Hand 4. Shove.
