Absolute Hell!

I have been unable to withdraw my funds from Absolute Poker since October 2007. I have already gotten the credit card company involved and they are telling me now to cancel my Absolute Poker account. But I am worried ... Will this make Absolute not obligated to refund my funds back to me, the funds that are still in my account? (actually, they froze my account when they canceled my cash out requests.) Meaning, they can say, you have no account with us and we do not have to credit your funds back to you. Or just ignore me forever.

Please advise. Should I cancel my account with Absolute like my Credit Card company is telling me to do?

What if my Credit Card company cannot get the funds/credit back? I have no connection with Absolute Poker, anymore.

Absolutes executive account is POTRIPPER. Xfer the money to him and he will then transfer it to your account on FTP.

Go ahead and cancel it, the credit card company will pay you back. No joke. I have filed a dispute once, legitment of course and my credit card credited me. Hell, maybe yall get credit and abosulute will pay u at the same time.
