I am not a big fan of JR Cigar but my sample size is small.
I stopped at Up Down cigar but I was too early, they weren't open. Chicago would be really nice if you could convince about half of those people to stay home while you are trying to drive around.

Interesting. The quality rate I have experienced with UpDown was 100%, with Iwan Ries, about 50%.
Sample = 8 boxes of Davidoff Diademas Anniversaries,
