1010 on 7 high board

Same villain as before, still not really doing much unless its a hand than I am in it seems. Realistically, he seems to be playing pretty straight forward his entire session. My other read is that he does not c-bet loosely. Thoughts on hand, pf advice is appreciated as well.

Your cbet size sucks btw, I think less than half pot looks weak. I'd prefer 6.5-7 dollars.

Yea my normal c-bet is half pot I didnt realize it was too small til after I bet it. Does that change anything though?

raise your normal c-bet size to 2/3rds-3/4 pot. You price out draws when you are ahead and get more valid info when you are raised.

I feel that is incorrect to be honest. There are no draws and in a 3-bet pot, betting half when the board is dry accomplishes the same information. As far as value betting goes, if I bet much more, what worse hands honestly call?

Why did you exclude 88 from his range?
On this board 88 and 99 are the same thing.

You need about 34.7% equity with the rake.

You have:
43% against QQ-77,55
39.7% against 55+
37% against KK-77,55
32.8% against 77+,55

It really depends on what he does with AA and 99. You say he is pretty straight forward. Don't those players just shove kings so they wouldn't have to deal with an ace flopping?

As quoted, CB is pretty bad. Make a real bet and this call becomes much easier. Decide before you CB if you want to go with the hand or not.

I'm not sure I like 3-betting tens pre-flop here unless you feel MP and CO's calling range is wide enough for you to play an overpair profitably out of position on the flop, since aside from a ten that's about the best flop you can get.

If you think they are calling enough with things like AJo or KQo then I think you have to c-bet more on the flop, like at least 8 or 9. Half pot or less just invites a bluff raise in my opinion, and you can't call it. If you think they are tighter then I think this is a check out of position against 2 other players, although i'm more worried about MP than CO, who I doubt cold-called twice with jacks or better.

Everyone keeps saying to raise more but honestly again, what does it accomplish. There is nothing to protect against, not getting value from worse, and I am getting the same information with a half psb. I think the key thing here is that its a 3-bet pot. If this was a normal pot, I would be betting 2/3-3/4 but if I do that here, I am basically committing myself. But then again I am in this position in the first place and I have no idea what to do so maybe you guys are right.

I really dont think a very str8 forward player is pushing 88 or 99 here after getting 3 bet preflop maybe they are but I would weigh his range much more toward JJ QQ KK and sets.

As played a like a bigger c bet here just for balance if not for anything else, I think that this is a fold its close but im leaning towards folding.
