I probably would have folded this hand preflop, usually when I am defending my blind I like to have some sort of hand that could stand up. I think villian could be playing TP/TK this aggressivly. I don't think he would play a flush draw like this but then again I don't know. To me since you had been caught bluffing just prior to this hand I am more inclined to call because your line looks like a bluff. Led flop, led turn, checked river. Thats what he is thinking and know thinks he can take it away from you. I think opponent could have something like 44+, AQ, AJ, JT, KJ, QJ, and KQ. Pokerstove says you are ahead if this is an accurate range so I would probably call.

You induced two consecutive mistakes by villain, so that's good play. I don't know that I'd defend at this point with that hand, but you did and most of the time, on that flop, it would pay off.
