Default Pokerstars no longer accepts All-Access Visas?

Here is an email i received when I had trouble depositing on Pokerstars today:

As of 7:00 am today, the bank issuing the Gift2go cards is not allowing
online gaming transactions, that's the reason why your cards are getting
declined.

Unfortunately this situation is out of our control, banks in the US change
their policies on a daily basis.

With the same Visa card declined in our system you can use ePassporte.

ePassporte is an e- wallet service that can be funded with your Visa or US
bank account.

Below you will see the steps you need to follow in order to open, verify
and fund an epassporte account.

The card I used was an All-Access visa card, not a Gift2Go card, so im not really sure what is going on here.

Why, that's wonderful news. I had planned on withdrawing today/ maybe I still can do that?!? Is it netspend? This is based in Austin, TX. I was afraid of this. The timing on these things is just uncanny.

Anyone else have trouble with All-Access? I emailed stars support and asked about this. They told me Gift2go no longer worked but they recommeneded that I use epassporte or All-Access saying that they weren't sure how long All-Access would work but it worked the last they knew. ???

OP did you register your all-access card?

You only need to register your AllAccess card if you want to reload it I believe.

man this sucks. I guess my search for a prepaid card continues because I really don't want to use epassporte. I wonder if we should be looking at prepaid cards based in the UK or something?
