How are people depositing now?

How are US playerrs currently depositing to FTP and PS? Friend is trying to deposit via E-Passport and it declines his card, which is nowhere near being capped.

E-passporte sucks at attaching credit cards (and is even slow at adding bank accounts) but this is by far the best option. If it declines his card, have him call them on the phone with his problem. Very importantly you must press the number for "lost or stolen card" otherwise you will be on hold I think forever. When someone picks up your call in a minute or two tell them your problem and they will give some bs about manually verifying your card, give you a ticket number and e-mail your account with instructions (they say as if they are sending it to your e-mail adress, but its actually under message center when you log into epassporte.

Pain in the butt, but still 1000x easier then cashing out by check I suppose.

Deposit by debit/credit straight to the site. Most cards - especially debit - will work

very easy. just head over to your local duane reade (most of them have it MONEYGRAM) but check on the internet first.
