Question about FPPs to Sunday Mill

In the Stars VIP FPP store they have the option to buy into the Sunday Mill for 13500 FPPs. I have no intentions of playing the mill but need the cash. My friend told me that for some reason you can't unregister for the T$ if you buy in using FPPs. Any truth to this? Thanks.
