Full Tilt Cashout Problem

Yesterday I attempted to make my first cashout from full tilt and was very surprized to see it does not give options on how you want to withdraw, automatically going to the account you already have used for depositing. Well, I have not yet made a deposit on full tilt, as I started there with money a friend had transferred me. I would like to withdraw to epassporte, I emailed full tilt about the situation along with my epassporte account number, and they simply cancelled the cashout and have not answered the email.
Has anyone encountered the same situation?

Hopefully you told them how you want your cashout, otherwise you are going to have to start over.

also i'm pretty sure that you will need to deposit through the method that you want to cash out via before they will let you cashout, esp if its through an E-Wallet

you need to make a deposit using epassporte before making a withdraw.
