Because next to nothing I beat calls, and lots of hands that beat me will go for a check raise. I didn't bet the turn for the same reason, nothing changed. I can see an argument for raising turn because of the flush draw though.

you have to call on the turn and river after having shown so much weakness. you should feel lucky you got to showdown

people call 3bets with many strange things, against unkowns you bet so they know you mean business. you probably have the best hand, you don't want to give free cards, you want to know where you are at.

i estimate the other guy folding about 70%+ of the time.

it is true that you won't get much value out of hands you beat, but value betting isn't the only reason to bet.

also great for meta, they should know that if they call a 3bet, they have to commit there whole stack

I usually cbet the flop here, but not always. Probably against an unknown I am betting this flop frequently though. However, I think your turn call is fine. If I was villian I would be betting the turn in position after your check/check every time with any two. So, the call is fine. Just be aware that as villian I would fire on the river too pretty frequently for a close to psb.
