Default 400nl: I just flat out dont know what to do here...

Hero's image: 17/14/4 tag, but havent played much w/ villian (most of villian's stats from datamining), and this is my first hand at the table.

Villian: 35/12/2 bad 'regular' who I have little respect for, but at times I have trouble putting him on a hand (like this time). For this reason, Im usually playing a trapping sort of game against him, as he is liable to fire barrels when senses weakness.

Ok on to the hand:

Flop: Kinda scary for my hand after he ch/minraises, but w/ FD + oesd out there I cant necessarily put him on 6x, so I felt I had to 3bet. Good?

Turn: He open shoves. This spot sucks and I have no idea what to do...my play?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($413)
Hero ($400)
UTG ($482.60)
Button ($436)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
2 folds, SB completes, Hero raises to $14, SB calls $12.

Flop: ($32) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $24, SB raises to $52, Hero raises to $140, SB calls $88.

Turn: ($312) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB calls $411 (All-In), Hero ???

only hand I'm really scared of here is 89....

I find it hard to believe he would shove all in on a scary turn with 6x, when he could've re-raised you on the flop, as you appeared happy to get it in.

I'd call this, and feel pretty good about it most of the time.

To all the 'callers', what do you expect him to have?
Total air?Naked FD?

If he is planning to shove blank turn with FD, wouldn't he just 5bet flop having a lot more equity?

I strongly suspect we'll see 89 here with 65 being close.
I think, he puts us on a big hand after flop (even better than the one we have) and when he is shoving, he is hoping for you not being able to lay this down.

What were you going to do if he 4 bet you all in on the flop?
