Default Too thin for value? FTOPS ME

blinds 25/50, second level. Retard limps, so I made it 225 to go with 77. All stacks are abut 5k. Both blinds call, limper folds.

Flop comes 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. they check to me, I fire 500 into about 725. sb folds, bb calls. BB had previously checked his flopped trips when he was bb and got a special.

Turn is the 9c making the flush. He checks, I check. River is another 8. He checks again. Any value in a bet here?

The most important question is - which 2 cards can villian have that calls a value bet and one have beat ?

If one can't see them - one should never value bet with a weak hand.

its a check, but its certainly not because of why you apparently think it is.

Elaborate? I assume you mean that we are beat here anyways like 50% of the time?

"Early in the FTOPS randoms won't be making hero calls" is incorrect IMO.
