Default my first online session - evaluate my PT stats please

only a 4 hour session but i don't know the PT stats at all so I need to know what it says about my game.

ed: i do have rakeback so that's a plus


are my VPIP/pfr/etc ok? I don't know what's loose/tight etc.. should i play less hands? am i folding my blinds too much? anything like that?

first online session ever? all #'s look good. (im 26 vpip, 11 pfr) oh is this full ring or 6max? good SD% also

But it does in general reflect my style and I want to try to improve it as I go. If I waited until I'd played 100k hands to look at my stats I'd have played a long time without having tried to improve!

I just found this on TillermaN's blog:

"I'd say optimal stats are anywhere between 8% PFR and 17% PFR, 16% VPIP and 25% VPIP"

are those good guidlines?
