I played really bad yesterday. Today I am really proud of how I played. Instead of getting down on myself for such a crappy day and letting it carry over into today (usually by not play many hands). I really just focused and played really good poker.

Does continually bluffing all-in vs. quads and pocket aces count as playing bad or running bad? [censored] it, my hand is up.

You've got to be kidding me. "Played like butt?" Seriously, despite being a baseball guy you are generally articulate.

I had about 20 spots where hitting my flush card or straight card would have been really nice. I missed all of them.

So yes, I played badly because I can't make the cards come up in the big pots.

After having a decent month, I played bad^bad poker yesterday and was really mad at the end of the day. Back to playing good poker today and am happy how it went so far.

I went on tilt and played like butt trying to get unstuck. Couple that with the fact that I missed every potentially untilting draw, and it was bad.

Time to take a break.
