Default Good restaurants in AC?

I did a search, and found some suggestions for cheap food in AC, I was wondering about the other end of things. What are the best nice restaurants in AC? I'm going tomorrow and wednesday and would like to treat myself to a great meal. Difficulty: I'm not going to have a car there, so something in or very near the casinos (I'm staying at the Trump Taj) is best.

Have not eaten at many places in AC, but Ombra at Borgata was very good. Same kitchen as Specchio (chef Luke Palladino).

If you want to eat outside of a casino, I highly suggest checking out Dock's Oyster House on Atlantic Ave. Make reservations for a weekend.

I like NOW (Noodles of the World) in Borgata. The wait can be a pain at times (especially if you're not black label), but it's worth it.

Perhaps I just ordered the wrong things the one time I was there, but I was really unimpressed with the food. And the service was subpar too. I was even drunk and I didn't enjoy the meal as much as I expected.

Is Los Amigos still open on Atlantic Avenue? Haven't been to AC in 10 or 12 years, but back then you couldn't beat this place for 2am food and drinks, good atmosphere. The enchiladas verdes were unreal. Hope it's still there and rocking, but then again, the Taj poker room was the sh*t then, so maybe too much has changed.

Best cheesesteak & local AC flavor: The Whitehouse on Arctic Ave near the Trump Plaza. But be prepared to wait in line, have your order ready to go when it is your turn (Soup Nazi style), and find somewhere else to eat (as there are no seats available really). Great food, though.

Runner-up, best local Baltimore Grille on Arctic Ave down by the Trop.

NOW at Borgata is great for a quick meal with some quality, esp. when all you've been eating otherwise is pizza and crap from downstairs. The General Tso's is good, the bowls are nice, and spicy pork has always treated me well. As others have mentioned, the wait is murder at peak hours.

I heard that Carmine's (is that the right spelling?) is fantastic... apparently this is some kind of hot [censored] NY italian family style place. I've never been there (it is down by the Trop as well), but some people I know swear by it.

could be luck of the draw, ive been there over 30 times and never had anything close to a bad experience.. even tho specchio is my 2nd fave borgata restaurant ive had crappy service there more than once in many more visits so maybe im due for a bad experience at flays one of these times... law of averages?
