Default Greed and Treasure Go Hand In Hand. 1/2 NL, 6-handed, and Deep.

Hello again. If you can name the song referenced in the title without googling, I'll IM you a dose of winnerhood.

Reads: We're all after the ATM to my right. He's got to be playing 80 percent of his hands; can't fold middle pair. Everyone else is solid; 22/15-ish.

We're sort of deep here.

Me: $380
BB: Covers
ATM donk: $80

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

Folds to ATM, ATM limps for $2, Hero raises to $9, BB calls, ATM calls.

Flop: ($25) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

BB checks, Villain open shoves for $71, Hero...?

min raise to "shut him out"...I think calling looks the strongest.

Not "everythings tougher than it has to be"

Another cliche from the wise! Well done.

I'm interested in hearing more about your line. I understand that you hope a min-raise says, "I'm shutting him out with my marginally strong hand," but what would BB need to then call or shove?

When someone bets 3x pot I think we can easily just call to shut him out. So that's what I'd do with TT here, as well as the rest of my range I'd like to continue with.

call, you're not showing huge strength by calling, and you have a monster that you would like BB to put in more chips against

I think calling looks the least strong when we're this deep, because it allows us to get away and that's what we should do with a marginal hand (a hand that's favorite vs the donk but crushed vs the 3rd players pushing/raising range). If we had only 100bb I think calling would look really strong, but not here.

I think min-raise looks the strongest actually. Pushing would look retarded so I don't know about that, but I think his calling range of a push is really tight.

tank and call. minraise doesn't make any difference, BB aint calling unless he has a very big hand
