Having my second worst DS ever, i know move down to Nl400/500 ( i have still 30BI for Nl1k) till i have 2 winning days.
I am now losing since mid of august. Without seeing any major leaks

Define ur comfort Zone> set urself a Limit> be disciplined

If you drop down wait till u go on a rush and feel good then move back up.

Stop checking to see how long you have been losing for. You really should just take a week or so off to get your head straight

If you know what u r doing and if you are prepared to making the right decision if lady luck keeps [censored] with you just keep playing.

I never took a break for longer then 1 or 2 days because of running bad.

If i took a break its because iam not motivated.

OP is not on tilt hes just loosing.
