Default FT decision 99 two All-ins, Push or Fold?

This is FT hand my friend played last night at Commerce $335 Multiple Rebuy FTs.

First Place $142K, down to 7 players. 7th pays $10K. 6th pays $15K.
Stack: Hero is 6th, about 100K. 3-5th stack are between 120K - 200K.
Blind 8K/16K/2K.

Situation, chipleader with 500K+ has been pushing almost every orbit. Showdowns were - all-in with 44, pushing from the button with 45s and doubled up BB's AQs. So, his pushing range is very wide since most players don't want to be out at 7th. Short-stack is a reasonable tight player, but he lost half of his stack to CL the last hand and down to 60K in chips.

This hand - pf, fold to the short stack in MP who moves all-in for 60K. CL checks the stack and calls from LP. Hero looks down 99 from the Button.

SB,BB are all smart enough to fold AQ/TT or worse here. CL would definately call hero's push. Winning this hand would put hero in top 2 Chips otherwise going out at 6th place.

Hero?
