Default Timing tells. Double up in marginal spot. 20NL

<font color="red"> </font> The player seemed hesitant here so i went with the hand. I don't usually post results but just wanted to show how i used a timing tell to put him toward the bottom of his range.. i didnt see what he had (Prima miniview no chat) but i got the feeling he had like JJ or something.<font color="red"> </font>

I'll tell you this about my timing tells when I play the micros...as I currently do.

I will ALWAYS pause before pushing my monsters. Fake weakness then jam. Gets called WAY more than if I just straight up push. Micro learners are sooooooooooooooooo gullible.


(Not trying to diss you OP. Just wanted to give you food for thought. Strat is true BTW)

I don't see where this is helpful since we don't see where the timing tell happened, how significant it was or if we had a baseline for the player to compare it to.

I will say that if I'm multitabling, my timing will vary greatly depending upon what's happening at other tables, if I'm writing notes on someone, etc.

Also- a longer time for action often means strength... a person is thinking how best to play their hand. I don't think pauses mean weakness.
