Madden kept talking about how the Eagles should run out the clock on the last drive, which is all fine and good, except for the fact they were throwing for 10 yard completions to wide open WRs. What where they going to do pass to checkdowns instead.

I wasnt watching the game so I wasnt familiar with what was going on was just responding to "what else were they supposed to do to run out the clock" Upon looking at the game after the fact I would still say they shouldve played more conservatively though, that last play was horrendous, in play calling AND execution, especially if they are moving the ball with 10 yard passes.

The execution was the bigger issue, the play calling was very results oriented if he overthrows the ball nobody comments on it. Playing for ties in spots like that usually suck.

On an unrelated note I think Coke Zero is very good.

I agree with pudge here, AJ Feely made a bad throw there but there's so huge an enormous difference between a FG and a TD playing for the FG is really bad.
Consider this if you get a FG P of winning = P patriots don't score a FG or a TD + P of winning in OT
With a TD P of winning = P Patriots dont score a TD,

A TD is probably increases the probability to win by about 3x.

It was just a bad pass by AJ Feely and its tough to to hold it against him because he had such a great game outside of those two passes

Hi all, any party regs on here tell me if Party is still crashing randomly.

I quit Party sngs to play cash elsewhere because of this, which all in all was a good move. They have given me a bonus so I thought sod it I will clear it playing sng's.

So cheers for anyone who can give me the lowdown.

Im not even really saying play for the FG, but there are a number of reasons I dont like the playcall. If you complete the pass for a TD, fantastic you have the lead now, a TD now is not as good as a TD in a minute or so though, giving the Pats 3:30 left is not optimal. If they throw an incomplete, clock stops, they have 3rd and 4 and a very long FG if they cant convert, not a situation I love to be in. Now a 35 yard pass is always gonna have a significantly lower completion rate than a short yardage pass, 2nd and short increases the likelyhood of a positive outcome but still you're gambling here. For clock management reasons and giving yourself the best shot at a positive point gain I think two shots at the first down is the right way to call it and its not terribly close, if holmgren made that call for the hawks id be cursing his name all week.
