Wire Transfers from EUR to CAD often get sent back

I have tried to process wire transfers from 2 different online casinos. Both times they have sent the wire and the money gets sent back at first. Then, ususally after a couple e-mails to the casino and more tries, it goes through (I assume they modify the information slightly).

I know the SWIFT code is correct, so I have narrowed it down to two possibilities:
i) There is an issue because the currencies are different.
ii) There is a problem with the way the branch/routing number is being sent orginally.

If anyone has had similar problems or knows enough about wire transfers to understand what the problem might be, please let me know.

FYI, the bank I use is PC Financial (CIBC).

Ive used TD for transfers never had a problem although its always been via Moneybookers.
Currently i have one pending from a casino directly to my bank account fingers crossed it goes smoothly as i plan on hitting up all the casino that dont accept Moneybookers in January when im off work using my bank account.
Will post a trip report if/when cash hits my account.

I use CIBC and have had several Euro bank wires with the only problem was when I used the wrong swift number missed one T I think, anyway it was fixed and have had no other problems.

check your routing numbers.

Hey, I tried to transfer money from PC F to Moneybookers, and basically MB told me they do not recognize / accept funds from this bank.

Correct. I believe this is because PC does not technically have their own swift code; they are a "correspondent" bank of CIBC's. I think this means they are basically piggybacking off of CIBC's swift code...I'm not sure if this has anything to do with OP's difficulties.

Bump,my Euro > Canadian cashout from Interwitten casino in my bank acc this morning,only took 4 days too.
Maybe open a TD checking acc OP.
